- What is included in my subscription?
Canadian, handmade product! Retail value and number of items in your subscription are always changing depending on what artists/brands we're collaborating with for the month. We, of course, consider the value of every single item included in your bag. We promise, we're here to delight with great product that has value! Possible items in your bag include: jewellery, bath and body products, makeup, candles, stationary, etc. All Canadian made and with that Willow & Park feel!
- Can I pick what goes in my subscription?
At this time there is no customization available. But that's part of the fun, right? A surprise gift at your doorstep!
- I signed up July 22rd. Will I receive an August subscription?
Subscriptions are available for the upcoming month until they sell out. If the bag for the upcoming month is sold out then you will be put on the wait list for the following month. For example, if you purchase a subscription June 27th and the order went through, you'll receive a July box. If you were directed to a page asking for an email, you have been put on the waitlist for the August box.
- Can I cancel my subscription?
Of course! No crazy commitments here! (but we'll be sad to see you go). However, we do ask if you wish to cancel that you do so by the 10th of the month. So, If you no longer wish to receive your subscription, cancel before the 10th and no delivery will be made; however, if you cancel after the 10th your cancellation applies to the following month. So, for example, if you no longer want a May Subscription, you must cancel before April 10th. If you cancel April 11th, you will still receive and be charged for a May subscription, but there will be no more charges or deliveries after that.
- Where do you ship to?
At this time our subscription is only available to Canadian addresses.
- How much will I be charged for shipping?
Flat Rate shipping of $7.99 per bag
- How long will it take to receive my subscription?
We ship all subscriptions out between the 1st and 3rd of the month. Please allow 2-5 business days to receive your subscription.
- When will I be billed for my subscription?
The first of the month.
- What is your return policy?
No returns are accepted; however, if there is an issue with your order or you're unhappy, please contact us so we can work to fix the problem! :)
